Reiki Circles

Facilitating at the Reiki Circles...

STEP 1: Attend at least one Circle where you observe what is being done and said for each segment. You participate as a practitioner, but are not facilitating any segments. Observation does not count toward facilitation requirements.

STEP 2: Let me know which Circles you plan on attending, in advance if possible.

STEP 3: The week before the Circles you plan on facilitating, begin communicating with each other to know who is attending and deciding who is facilitating what segment. Please add Claire and Janet to this communication, as they are still completing requirments.

STEP 4: Once you know what segment you are doing, call me for mentoring and coaching of that segment. This is especially important the first time you do a segment.

STEP 5: On evenings you are facilitating, please arrive no later than 6pm. This is so the room can be set up and any other preparations are accomplished by the time the doors open at 6:15pm.

STEP 6: Invite people you know to the Circle... it's a great way to introduce Reiki to them.

STEP 7: Please plan to stay after the Circle for 15-20 minutes for mentoring of your facilitation experience.
